Dallas Party Tent and Event, Irving, Texas, has been named the “Official Tent Provider” of the new $1.2-billion home of the five-time Super Bowl Champion Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys Stadium is projected to host more than 50 major events per year where Dallas Party Tent and Event will install more than 25 tents used for concessions, merchandise and storage on the two major outside plazas.
A new innovation at the Cowboys Stadium are the “tailgating pods” where fans can have an all inclusive experience that includes the use of one of 12 climate controlled 20-ft.-by-20-ft. tension top tents with an attached 10-ft.-by-20-ft. porch tent, unlimited food and beverage served out of two tents in the middle of the pod and 20 tickets to the game/event. As many as four pods can be installed in the areas around the stadium, which would encompass more than 120 tents. In addition to the regularly scheduled tents, Dallas Party Tent and Event installs several sponsor tents ranging from 10 ft. by 10 ft. up to 40 ft. by 80 ft. at all major events. In the six weeks since the first event was held at the Cowboys Stadium, Dallas Party Tent and Event has installed more than 200 tents, including more than 65 tent rentals for the opening regular season NFL game against the New York Giants.
In addition to installing tents for the Dallas Cowboys football games, the three-year contract provides for Dallas Party Tent and Event to furnish tents for several national events to be held at the stadium to include several Big 12 NCAA football games, Big 12 Championship, 2010 NBA All-Star Game and the 2011 NFL Super Bowl as well as several other major sporting events and concerts.
