“Dig This” a Heavy Equipment Theme Park, that began in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, will be opening a new location in Las Vegas, Nevada. The theme park allows adults to operate heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes. It has become very popular, with many people excited for their turn to operate some big machinery. 
And it's not just the guys, the women love it too. In Steamboat Springs, a local spa started a joint promotion with “Dig This” called “Excavate and Exfoliate”, where women would get a pa
ckage deal with time spent at the theme park, and then a spa treatment afterward.
The new Las Vegas location is expected to be very popular, as many adults have always dreamed of what it might be like to operate some heavy machinery.
The “Dig This” park in Steamboat Springs is expected to become the preferred site for group outings, and corporate team-building activities, as it is a large, 10 acre site, with lots of great terrain for digging, dozing, and dam-building. To date, they have had no accidents, and safety is a top priority.
When necessary, “Dig This” employs heavy equipment rentals from equipment rental companies, to meet their growing demands. Due to their popularity, “Dig This” has gone on the road with their idea, and will rent heavy equipment for the traveling version of the theme park. “Dig This” has also started selling franchises, which have been popular with contractors, that have been sitting by with idle equipment. It's been a great way to generate revenue, when construction has been slow.
